The following is a recap of the final few weeks of this years Biggest Loser event. Week 8 had each team go through a team personal training session. This was done to get the participants back on track for the final few weeks and to shock the muscles by doing a new exercise routine.
The week after midpoint weigh-ins tends to be a down week for many, most teams managed to lose a few pounds this week which is better than the alternative.
Half way to go in the Biggest Loser IV contest, but it is only the beginning to a healthier life with the changes that these individuals are making.
Food labels, this was the topic that was pushed this week in the lecture for the biggest loser group. Reading food labels can be tough, companies often confuse the consumer so their product seems like a healthy choice.
With a third of the program complete, many teams had their lowest weight loss total to date. Though they are doing a fantastic job, it is a reminder that what they are attempting is something that takes full commitment 100 percent of the time.
The first hundred pounds has been lost, well 115 to be exact through the first three weeks.
Two weeks down in this year’s biggest loser, and the contestants are finding out weight loss is something that is not easy to conquer. Each team now understands that each week will bring a different number on the scale with the weight that they lose.
