With a third of the program complete, many teams had their lowest weight loss total to date.  Though they are doing a fantastic job, it is a reminder that what they are attempting is something that takes full commitment 100 percent of the time.

It could be as simple as missing a workout or two due to the improved weather.  It is right about this time that many people get frustrated and revert back to doing the things that put the weight on.  It is time to regroup and get back to basics.  To date, 131 pounds has been lost in total by the seven teams, this would be an average of 18.5 pounds per team.  Team Final Countdown continues to lead the way with over 9% weight loss.  Dream Girlz and Daily Flab to Fab round out the top three spots.

This week the contestants had an opportunity to try Group Power.  Group Power is a sixty minute barbell program that strengthens all your muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music.  Final Countdown took home the weekly contest of most miles completed on treadmill or elliptical.  They did 196 miles and the group as a whole did over 400 miles.  Great job to all teams and keep up the good work.
